Had an awesome time with friends! We explored Woodland Valley Disc Golf and Long Beach Marina, both a blast. The place has amazing curb appeal, and the rooms are super comfy. Hosts are friendly, and breakfast of herbed sausage biscuits was delicious. Definitely a spot I'd revisit anytime!

Only downside was we had to wait a bit for breakfast to be ready, but it was worth it.

Gretchen and Keith made us feel at home in the spacious queen room. The bed was super comfy and had great linens. Breakfast featured homemade dishes like herbed sausage biscuits. The wrap-around porch was perfect for relaxing. Dulce, their Pomeranian, added a sweet touch to the experience.

Lovely hosts and great breakfasts, but Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times.

staying at perkins house bed & breakfast was a fantastic experience! gretchen and keith made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. the queen room was spacious and the bed was super comfy. breakfast was a standout, crafted by keith, a former chef! the location is ideal, close to amazing hiking trails. we loved the complimentary bottled water too.

Staying with our family for three nights in a spacious Queen Room was a delight. Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast that featured local seafood, showcasing the chef's talent. The hosts, who made us feel welcome from the start, provided valuable hiking recommendations in the area. Immaculately clean and comfortable, the whole experience felt like a home away from home.

Cozy, charming accommodations with historical elements made our stay memorable. The queen room offered comfort and spaciousness, complemented by a relaxing outdoor area and inviting common spaces for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

The shared bathroom arrangement could feel a bit cramped at times, especially if other guests were using it when you needed it. Slight noise from the older structure added an echo of feet pattering and doors creaking in the night, which may not be ideal for light sleepers. Limited breakfast options on weekdays left me wishing for the variety offered on weekends, and parking during busier times could be a bit of a hunt.

The Perkins House Bed & Breakfast is absolutely charming, with its beautifully decorated common areas and lovely Victorian details that make one feel right at home. Such inviting spaces are perfect for senior guests to relax and enjoy.
